My grandmother always had potted violets on her window sill. I loved their beautiful velvety texture and rich deep purple color. Reminiscing about learning an appreciation for these beauties from my grandmother, I hand fabricated this violet pendant in sterling silver. It is dotted with a faceted rose cut amethyst and hand stamped with Minoan symbols of nature (bees, flowers, spirals). It has a floating linked leaf and is strung with faceted amethyst beads and a silver chain which has options for different lengths. Approx. 18" long with an extension to approx 20".
