Trending on Ancient Times

If you are following the fashion/ jewelry trends for the season you are probably well aware of the newest thing on the runways and in stores, GEOMETRICS. As it turns out the source of this prophetic style phenomena is not the Niemen Marcus design team nor the design houses of Paris and Milan, it is in fact the ancient ruins of Greece! Being among the first people to develop this special form of Mathematics, the Greeks have a long history of using these beautiful shapes to cover their art both functional and decorative.

With a little research it wasn’t hard at all to get in the” geo-mood”, Maria-Tina has created the newest line for our Greek Island House Collection… GEOMETRIA. Drawing inspiration from ancient geometry texts and the beautiful pottery of the classical era, our new GEOMETRIA line is an eclectic mix of linked diamond, circle, spiral and square shapes, reminiscent of the crisp, clear sparkle of melting snow in the springtime. Enjoy our array of Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets; classical style with a little bit of OPA!
